London Guide

Our Athlete in Residence, Rosie takes us through her ideal day in life as a Londoner. She shares her hand picked selection of favourite spots in London in this guide, along with her go-to outfits from day to night.

How to Start Your Day

My favourite place to have breakfast in London is Allpress Dalston, especially in Spring! The courtyard is so idyllic, and they serve eggs and soldiers here and filter coffee. A win-win start to the day.

I’d then wonder around A New Tribe, they curate their Moroccan rugs and homeware so beautifully. The stock is always changing so I try and pop in every few weeks to have a peak.

If I'm meeting a friend, Borough Market is always a great place to do so, as it means I get to restock on my favourite Graceburn's cheese and pick up fresh ingredients. Their truffle flavour is unrivalled.

Getting Some Movement In

Then, to end a long day, I’d do a nice run before taking it easy in the evening. My weekends are my time to re-set, so I always make sure I have one evening in, to read and relax properly.

Getting Ready for the Evening

Duck Soup Soho is my favourite dinner and drinks spot! My ideal Friday evening is a few margaritas after work followed by a filing meal. Everything here is so fresh, and the lighting/vibe is 11/10 and even though it’s in Soho it feels super cosy. I love catching up with a best friend one on one over great food.

I always keep it super casual and I often like to dress in oversized clothes! My Pruzan Greats New York Marathon T-shirt is always the perfect layer going day to night or for grabbing dinner straight after work.
